Here in the capital we have some of the country’s best chocolatiers, and they have all prepared delicious delights especially for the occasion! Here is our selection of the most talented artisans to have you melting with pleasure.
Easter in Paris; fantasy and delights with Pierre Hermé
The undisputed master of macarons Pierre Hermé is back in force for Easter this year with fabulous creations that each seem more tempting than the last. You’ll find the traditional hens, eggs and rabbits, but their incredibly accomplished contemporary aesthetics will amaze you. A special tip-off for gargantuan gourmands; Pierre offers a sculptural masterpiece of a chocolate egg that is a jaw-dropping 25 kilos in weight and 85 cm high!
Adorable creatures with Pierre Marcolini
Easter 2018 will be cute but also positively surrealistic thanks to the prestigious chocolatier Pierre Marcolini, who presents his adorable rabbits with hats and touch of trompe l'œil mystery. The visionary creations of Pierre Marcolini will inspire you to dream and will satisfy the most demanding sweet tooth with notes of praline, nougat and caramel. Irresistible!
Cyril Lignac and his funny treats
The brilliant chef and television star Cyril Lignac has decided to give us a sly wink and nudge with creations combining fun and temptation. As Easter Sunday coincides this year with April 1st, to celebrate the occasion the chef has concocted some playful chocolate treats. On the double agenda are colourful choco-fish, marshmallow fish, elegant and very stylised entremets and gorgeously garnished eggs that hold little surprises. A feast for the eyes and the palate!
Sébastien Gaudard and his plump lambs
They seem straight out of a particularly cute comic strip, but the lovable sheep and lambs of Sebastien Gaudard are nonetheless edible! Vanilla, grilled cocoa, milky touches and spices will tickle your taste buds for a masterful treat. The chocolatier has also created charming chocolate chick nests, zesty lemon Genoese hares, strawberry and rhubarb meringue nests, and hens perkily sculpted in crunchy chocolate.
